* Experience in garment pre-production
* Efficient in managing and creating tech packs
* Responsible for costing new styles, and creating cost sheets.
* Highly organized, detail oriented, team player and self-motivated
* Knowledge of fabrics and trims
* Computer literate, proficient in Excel
* Must be familiar with garment construction, have excellent communication skills & follow up ability
* Work closely with our import and domestic production teams
* Strong sense of urgency
* 2-3 years experience
